Provincial Nominee Program
Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program
Prince Edward Island reorganised its worker streams under a single Workforce guide in January 2026 and added an Occupations in Demand stream. Almost every route needs a job offer from an Island employer, and for applicants abroad the employer generally has to get the province's authorisation before making that offer.

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program right now
We could not confirm whether Prince Edward Island's programme is currently open, paused or restricted. The province's website blocks automated access, so the details below come from its own published application guide of January 2026 rather than from the live pages. Check the official page before relying on any of it.
The province's Labour Impact Category branding has been replaced by a consolidated Workforce guide. Scoring is out of 100 for the worker streams. There is no officially published minimum passing score, despite a widely repeated figure of 50 points that appears nowhere in the province's own guides.
Checked against the province's own pages on September 11, 2026. Streams change through the year, so confirm on the official page before you apply.
