The counterpart to the Skilled Worker stream for jobs in TEER 4 and 5, with the same employer-led process and the same employer obligations.
Applying from outside Canada: Same position as the Skilled Worker stream: eligible from abroad, but scored lower.

Requirements
What this stream asks for
- A guaranteed, full-time Yukon job offer in TEER 4 or 5
- Six months of relevant work experience
- Language at CLB 4
- An employer meeting the same operating, advertising and cost conditions
Programme
The Yukon programme right now
Both 2026 intake windows have closed. Yukon opened only two: 19 to 30 January and 6 to 17 July, and the final application deadline passed on 26 August 2026. No third window and no 2027 date has been announced. Expressions of interest do not carry over between windows. A public consultation on redesigning the programme closes on 8 October 2026, with changes expected in 2027.
The Yukon Community Program pilot concluded as planned on 30 June 2025. Yukon also states that you do not need to hire an immigration representative to apply, which is worth knowing before anyone charges you for it.
