Provincial Nominee Program

Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program

Every Saskatchewan route that is actually issuing invitations today requires a job offer with an employer-obtained position assessment. The two streams that need no job offer are still published and still accept profiles, but the province has stated there are no scheduled draws for them, and the last published selection was in September 2024.

The worker streams are open, but Saskatchewan permanently closed every entrepreneur and farm pathway on 27 March 2025, and now allocates its 4,761 nominations by sector: at least half to priority sectors such as health, agriculture, trades, mining, manufacturing, energy and technology, and at most a quarter to capped sectors, which open only in short intake windows.

Saskatchewan permanently closed all entrepreneur and farm pathways on 27 March 2025: no new applications, no new expressions of interest and no further invitations. Its published draw results are a PDF that has not been updated since September 2024.
